Import files from OneDrive
Import files and folders from a connected Microsoft OneDrive account into AIR Fusion.
Import files or folders from your OneDrive straight into AIR Fusion, without downloading them first.
Before you begin
- You need upload permission in AIR Fusion.
- Connect your OneDrive account before you start.
- Importing only reads from OneDrive. AIR Fusion doesn’t write, edit, or delete anything in your OneDrive account.
Import files or folders from OneDrive
- Click Upload.
- Choose Import, then choose OneDrive.
- In the Browse OneDrive window, select what you want to import.
- A single file from the root: click its checkbox.
- Multiple files from the root: click the checkbox next to each file.
- An entire folder: click the folder’s checkbox instead of opening it. AIR Fusion imports the folder and its contents.
- A file inside a subfolder: click the folder name to open it, then click the checkbox next to the file. You can nest into subfolders as many levels as you need.
- Click Import (N), where N is the number of items you selected. Click Cancel instead to close the window without importing.
Result
A toast confirms the import has started. How long it takes depends on the size of what you’re importing. The imported files or folder appear in the AIR Fusion folder you started from, and an imported folder keeps its files together as a folder.
Troubleshooting
OneDrive isn’t connected
If OneDrive isn’t connected, AIR Fusion shows an error when you try to import rather than an empty picker. Connect your OneDrive account, then try again.
