Connect Google Drive

Connect your Google Drive account so you can import files into AIR Fusion.

Connect your Google Drive account to AIR Fusion so you can import files directly from Drive. You only need to do this once; after it’s connected, you can import from Google Drive any time you upload files.

Before you begin

  • You need a Google account with access to the Drive files you want to import.
  • No specific AIR Fusion role or plan tier is required.

Connect your Google Drive account

  1. Click your avatar, then click Profile.

  2. In the Profile panel, click Integrations.

The Integrations tab of the Profile panel, showing Google Drive as Not connected next to a Connect button

  3. Next to Google Drive, click Connect.

  4. In the window that opens, enter the email address for the Google account you want to connect, then click Next.

  5. Enter your password, then click Next.

  6. If your account has two-factor authentication turned on, complete that step too.

Warning: Continuing here gives workos.com permission to see and download all files in the connected Google Drive account.

  1. On the “workos.com wants access to your Google Account” screen, click Continue.
  2. AIR Fusion reopens the Integrations tab with Google Drive now showing Connected.
  3. Click the X to close the Profile panel.

Result

Google Drive shows Connected in your Integrations tab. You can now import files from Google Drive when you upload files in AIR Fusion.

To disconnect the account later, return to Profile > Integrations and click Disconnect next to Google Drive.
