Upload a file
Upload an individual file to AIR Fusion and track it through to completion.
Upload a single file to AIR Fusion when you need to add it to your Files library, then check that it uploaded successfully.
Before you begin
- You need the Editor or Admin role. If you’re a Project Guest Editor, you can upload only within a project you’ve been invited to, not the main Files library.
- You’re in the folder you want to upload to. If you upload from a different folder, move the file afterward.
- The maximum size for a single file is 500GB, though your tenant admin may set a lower limit. Your tenant admin can also limit how many uploads run at once.
- You can upload any file type, but only supported file types run through AI analysis.
Upload a file
- Go to Files and open the folder you want to upload to.
- Click Upload in the left sidebar.
- Click File Upload.
- Use your OS file picker to choose the file, then click Upload to confirm. The upload starts automatically, and a progress bar appears in the Upload panel on the left.
- Wait for the upload to finish. A badge with a number appears on the Upload button in the sidebar to show it’s complete.
Result

- Click the filename to open the file in Asset Details view, then click the X to close that view and return to Files.
- Click the filepath under a completed upload to jump straight to that file’s location on the Files page.
- Click the checkmark next to a completed upload to remove it from the Upload panel.
