Change how the AIR Fusion interface looks and behaves for you, including the sidebar, asset icon colors, and how many assets show per page.

Change how the AIR Fusion interface looks and behaves for you. These display preferences are personal, they don’t affect what other members of your workspace see.

Before you begin

• You need to be signed in to AIR Fusion. Every role can change these preferences.

Change your display preferences

1. Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
2. Point to Settings to open the display preferences submenu.
3. Click the Pin sidebar toggle to turn the sidebar’s pinned-open state on or off.
4. Click the Color icons toggle to colorize asset icons by type, so different asset types are easier to identify when scanning. Folders are teal, images are orange, documents are green, videos are blue, and audio is purple.
5. Choose a Page Size of 30, 50, or 100 to set how many assets show per page.

Result

Your display preferences take effect immediately and persist the next time you sign in, but they don’t carry over to other devices — you’ll need to set them again on each device you use.
